Acer announced the availability of its Veriton X270 series business desktop PC in the US. The Veritan X270 is powered by an Intel processor up to Core 2 Duo, up to 4GB of RAM, integrated NVIDIA GeForce 7100 chipset and nForce 630i Graphics, and up to 500GB hard drive. The X270 include also DVD SuperMulti burner, Ethernet LAN, 5.1 Channel audio, and an HDMI port. It has a PCI Express x16, a PCI Express x1 and two PCI 2.3 expansion slots. The staring price of Acer Veriton X270 is US$399.
