Kingston announced the MobileLiteG2 portable memory card reader. It has retractable covers on each side to protect the USB connector and the Flash memory cards from damage. Kingston’s MobileLiteG2 supports SD/SDHC, microSD/SDHC, Memory Stick Pro DUO, MS PRO-HG Duo and Memory Stick Micro (M2). It uses USB 2.0 interface and comes with a short USB extension cable. A lanyard is also included. The Kingston MobileLiteG2 is compatible with Windows 7/Vista/XP/2000, Mac OS X 10.3 or above and Linux 2.6 or above. The MobileLite G2 stand-alone is priced at $11.
