Pandigital ZINK Portable Photo Printer
Pandigital teamed up with ZINK to introduces its first photo printer based on the Zero Ink printing technology. The printer is called Pandigital Portable Photo Printer, which is the first Zero Ink 4×6-inch printer.Like other ZINK-enabled printers, Pandigital’s offering does not need ink to printer. Instead, it uses the patented ZINK Paper, an advanced composite material with embedded yellow, magenta, and cyan dye crystals. The printer can print photos directly from memory cards and USB drives, without the need of a PC. It has a LCD display for previewing photos.
Pandigital’s ZINK printer will be released in Q1 2010.
