Buffalo RCF-H32G 600X 32GB CF Card

Buffalo is launching the new RCF-H32G 32GB Compact Flash memory card with 600X transfer speed. The UDMA Mode6(UDMA133) compliant CF card offers up to 90MB/s write speed. It is ideal for use with DSLRs for high-speed shooting or RAW shooting.
Other than 32GB RCF-H32G, there are also 16GB RCF-H16G and 8GB RCF-H8G. They are priced at 50,000 Yen, 30,200 Yen and 16,000 Yen respectively.
Also introduced is the RCF-X series, available in 2GB-32GB capacities.

Transcend 400X CompactFlash Card

Alongside the StoreJet 35T, Transcend presents the new 400X CompactFlash memory card that sports 400X performance with four-channel support. The new 400X CF card is fully compliant with CompactFlash 4.1 specifications and supports Ultra DMA (UDMA) mode 6, offering up to 90MB/s read and 60MB/s write speeds.

Transcend’s new CompactFlash is based on MLC NAND Flash memory and is available in 16GB, 32GB and 64GB capacities. The 400XCF uses ATA interface and features built-in hardware ECC (Error Correction Code) technology for detecting and correcting errors.

Kingston announced the MobileLiteG2 portable memory card reader. It has retractable covers on each side to protect the USB connector and the Flash memory cards from damage.

Kingston’s MobileLiteG2 supports SD/SDHC, microSD/SDHC, Memory Stick Pro DUO, MS PRO-HG Duo and Memory Stick Micro (M2). It uses USB 2.0 interface and comes with a short USB extension cable. A lanyard is also included.

The Kingston MobileLiteG2 is compatible with Windows 7/Vista/XP/2000, Mac OS X 10.3 or above and Linux 2.6 or above. The MobileLite G2 stand-alone is priced at $11.
